Substrates must be thoroughly degreased, free of oxidation, and pre-polished to match your target surface tolerance. We accept steel, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and select engineered polymers. Cast metals with high porosity undergo ultrasonic degreasing and conductive copper sealing prior to precious metal deposition.
